According to the National Bureau of Economic Research, increasing worker knowledge improves productivity by as much as 16 percent. Operators with knowledge and experience are retiring at an increasing rate. There are fewer operators overall due to the onset of automation.

With these facts mind, the mission of Serious Games is to improve operator training. With over ten years of experience training operators on-the-job, we have learned what tools they really need to be successful: EXPERIENCE.

However, on-the-job training is risky and full-blown simulations are expensive. Our goal is to provide a risk-free cost-effective simulated game to train operators.
